Roaring Twenties Cocktail Party
Hosted by the Rotaract Club of Ottawa
This was a twenties themed party that had taken place at the Chianti restaurant. There was a fun photo booth and yummy appetizers. The funds we raised went to a Rotary Club in South Africa who, with the help of Vision 153, want to rebuild an old orphanage. It took place on Thursday, November 29, 2012 and was organized by the International Service Committee and the Promotions Committee.

Tenth Anniversary Gala
Hosted by the Rotaract Club of Ottawa
This was in celebration of our ten years as a club. All the proceeds went to the polio plus foundation. It took us a year of organizing but the event was a great success. We had 175 guests show up to dine and celebrate with us at the National Arts Center fountain room. It took place on Saturday, March 24, 2010 and was organized by the International Service Committee and the Promotions Committee. The total raised for PolioPlus was $4719.94 after covering all costs. Bowlathon
Hosted by the Rotaract Club of Ottawa
This was our third annual bowlathon for the Ottawa Rotary Home which took place at Merivale Bowling, while fostering fellowship between Rotarians, Rotaractors, and friends. This event happened on Febuary 4th 2012, was organized by the Community Service Committee, and raised $1060 for the Ottawa Rotary Home.

A Taste of Brazil
Hosted by the Rotaract club of Ottawa
We organized a coffeehouse fundraiser with a live band raising $1,068. We raised the funds for Justica Nos Trilhos who provide legal aid to people in rural Brazil who are victims of human rights violations and environmental degradation.
Bowlathon
Hosted by the Rotaract Club of Ottawa
This was our second annual bowlathon raising a successful $1,505 for the Ottawa Rotary Home, while fostering fellowship between Rotarians, Rotaractors, and friends.
Cocktail Party & Silent Auction Fundraiser
Hosted by the Rotaract club of Ottawa
We organized a cocktail party with a silent auction. All the money raised during this event went to the PolioPlus foundation, which helps treat victims of polio and administers vaccinations to those at risk.
